Product Designer

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into design insights.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts.

User-Centered Design: Develop user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with branding guidelines.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal usability.

Information Architecture: Organize and structure content and information effectively for an intuitive user experience.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into development.

Responsive Design: Create responsive designs that work across various screen sizes and devices.

Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible to individuals with disabilities, following accessibility guidelines and standards.

Design Documentation: Create design documentation, style guides, and design assets for development and design consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies and their impact on design.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles.
• Ability to stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
